Successful team leading in project management environments has been a recurring accomplishment.


Giuliana has facilitated in acquisitions in condominium projects as well as planned and supervised the construction and subdivision phases. She also organises and supervises the members of the sales team. She is the primary contact between local and state official in obtaining appropriate permits for projects. In condominium conversion projects, Giuliana has experience in dealing with tenants and resolving potential issues arising from converting apartments to condominiums.


Giuliana is also an investor individually and is part of several partnerships. As an investor she is very familiar with advantages and pitfalls of owning investment properties. This first hand knowledge and insight is extremely valuable to her clients, and she is often called on for advise on investing in real estate.

Nannette Marie Vides



Woman with energy, professionalism, vision and pizzazz, Nannette brings her long-developed skills for sales and negotiation to the commercial and condominium division of Milano Properties.


Nannette has several years of experience in business and investments having worked as a Realtor since 1983 for respected leaders in the real estate industry such as Marcus & Millichap.


Nannette focuses on the opportunities and service she can provide others in the real estate industry. Having personally participated and been the Realtor for many different ventures, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this industry. She has extensive understanding and knowledge of various communities and local markets, including Sacramento, San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, Richmond, El Sobrante and Fremont, California, as well as national and international markets.


Nannette has begun developing oversees markets, particularly in Brazil, and is currently reviewing the market to position her clients for future investments.


Her condominium projects include Central Park, a new condo development in Fremont, working as a key player on the sell out team, and most recently, a new condo development in San Francisco as sales manager working with a team of specialists creating a successful sell out and marketing plan. She is part of the team that advises on sales, staging and marketing of the various condominium projects.


She is also the CEO of DOTA International, a design home decor business and real estate staging company.

Andrea Roque



Andrea brings a positive attitude, dedication and energy to all of her projects, transactions and clients.


She has years of increasing experience in many aspects of the real estate industry, including sales and marketing in the residential sector.


Her experience in condominium projects include guiding other real estate agents in completing Department of Real Estate (DRE) approved contracts, reading tract maps, explaining Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R), and other aspects of a condominium project.


Recognising that most real estate agents, firms, and potential buyers are not familiar with complexities of condominiums projects, she has been used to explain and complete transactions for potential and actual buyers of condominium units. She has front line and hands on experience in dealing with issues and solving problems associated with such transactions.


Given her superior interpersonal skills, Andrea is aggressively tackling the Foreclosure market in order to assist families from facing loss of their homes, bankruptcy and poor credit ratings.


Chaparrell Hilliard



One of the most complex tasks of any real estate transaction is to ensure that contracts and forms are properly executed and that all regulatory requirements are met. For condominium projects, large numbers of transactions have to be coordinated in a relatively short time as well as satisfy additional regulatory requirements.


Chaparrel has been the escrow coordinator for other real estate companies for the last several years, closing hundreds of real estate transactions.
